20.4 HOUSE UPGRADES

(See also: HELP HOUSING, HELP HOUSING SUMMARY, HELP SUBDIVISIONS)

Once you've purchased your house there are a number of different upgrades you
can purchase for the rooms in your house. These upgrades tend to be fairly
expensive compared to rooms as they represent either serious structural changes
to your house from a roleplaying sense or powerful magic.

Houses and Rooms: No Sale or Transfer
-------------------------------------
Houses may not be sold, transferred, or traded in, although the individual
rooms and doors may be destroyed and some value may be recaptured in that way.
Destroying the rooms and doors of a house returns approximately half credit.

Plots may not be sold if they have houses on them.

UPGRADES LIST
-------------
All upgrade costs* in houses built upon ships are doubled.

(*) That's costs, not refund value at time of destruction.
