6.8.2 Trading, and Other Ways to Get and LOSE Things

We strongly urge you to avoid all involvement in loans. To loan credits use the LOAN system - HELP CREDIT LOANS Private Trades -------------- If you want to buy or trade privately, outside of shops, you can do that too, though there is some risk of being conned or scammed (see HELP SCAMS), since there is no way to force the other party to complete the deal. Private Credit Transactions --------------------------- You can safely trade credits if you follow the simple steps outlined in HELP CREDIT TRANSFERS. Shops ----- If you want to buy things, you can buy at adventurer or denizen shops. Prices may or may not be fair or reasonable, so be careful! Commodities ----------- These can be bought and sold freely at comms shops which are scattered across Sapience. (See HELP COMMS.)
