Achaea has hundreds of help files to you learn about Achaea. This is a copy of the in-game help file structure. HELP in-game will show you this same menu.

4.27 Adventures

While you have adventures each and every day, Achaea offers more than many have a chance to experience! With the adventures system, Phileo is rewarding people who complete his varied adventure tasks with renown which can be redeemed for a number of different rewards, even bound credits!

Renown
-------
- Renown is rewarded for completing quests and adventures, by taking on leadership roles within your organisations, and by being a City Guide! 
- Your current amount can be seen on your SCORE RESOURCES and with the RENOWN command.
- You can earn up to 2000 renown per day.
- Your daily earned renown resets at Serenade, but your total will stack up!
- Renown cannot be transferred or traded, and cannot be dropped.

10 bound credits              - 1000 renown 
20 bound credits              - 2000 renown 
A worn whetstone              - 1200 renown 
    - Nullifies the lesson cost of learning a weapon proficiency.
A shimmering crystal clover   - 8000 renown 
    - PULLing a leaf from this rare little plant will grant a critical hit bonus for 24 hours.
A Lucrescent Nut              - 2000 renown 
    - When eaten, this will set all of the skills for your current class to transcendent for 2 hours.
    - These tradein for 2 bound credits each.
    - These decay.
A miniature wooden horse      - 1200 renown 
    - BREATHE on this horse and it will serve as a SINGLE USE raido rune for you!
    - Runewardens may even place one of these if they already have a raido present somewhere in the land.
    - SAY RIDE HOME once it's placed, and you'll be teleported straight to its location!
A bottle of fairy dust        - 1500 renown 
    - THROW this dust to gain a prismatic barrier.
    - You may also throw it over someone else THROW FAIRYDUST OVER <person> to give another person a prismatic barrier.
    - Throwing dust in this way requires both balance and equilibrium, but consumes neither.
    - Each bottle has enough for three barriers.
A ball of Seftonium          - 1500 renown 
    - When eaten, this will reset any class switch cooldown.
1 hour double xp              - 750 renown 
    - Begins as soon as this is redeemed.
A Translucent Mask            - 4000 renown 
    - WEARing this mask will cause guards and other organisation-owned denizens to ignore you for five minutes.
    - This effect fails if you perform any hostile actions of any kind.
    - Each mask possesses 3 charges.
An amber ampoule              - 1500 renown 
    - SHAKE AMPOULE <minipetID> on a blank and bantam goblin minipet to utilise!
    - This will cause the goblinoid to take on various traits of the race.
    - TURN to change which race it will feature.
Hunter Elixir 1 sip           - 1000 renown 
    - vial containing 12 hours of +1 constitution
Epicurus Elixir 1 sip         - 1000 renown 
    - vial containing 12 hours of +1 intelligence
Pixie Elixir 1 sip            - 1000 renown 
    - vial containing 12 hours of +1 dexterity
Ogre Elixir 1 sip             - 1000 renown 
    - vial containing 12 hours of +1 strength
Lucky Elixir (1 sip)          - 1000 renown 
    - vial containing 12 hours of critical hit bonus
Life Elixir (1 sip)           - 1000 renown 
    - vial containing 12 hours of increased XP gain
A handful of glittering mud   - 10000 renown 
    - A consumable item that can be applied to many resetting items to give them a special, Seleucarian themed description!
    - The item must be resetting to you, loyal to you, and in your inventory.
    - Currently viable items are: Rings, bracelets, boots, belts, pendants, armour (not morphing), wings, shields, and earrings. If you have a resetting item that can be interacted with by any of these terms, then the mud will alter its description!
    - PROBE <mudID> <RING/BRACELET/BOOTS/BELT/ARMOUR/WINGS/SHIELD/EARRING/PENDANT> to see what they will turn into!
    - PUSH <mudID> <itemID> to change the description (this will consume the mud.)

All items from the shop decay in a fairly short time and cannot be preserved in stockrooms and similar.

Adventures
----------
- Adventures are a variety of activities and challenges that are part of daily playtime in Achaea! Completing these will earn you renown.
- Adventures automatically complete and reward you with renown as you do the task listed!

Commands are:
   ADVENTURE LIST [seafaring|conflict|exploration|hunting]
       List the adventures, as you complete an adventure it will be removed from the list.
   ADVENTURE THEME
       Show the current theme for a sweet double renown adventure.

Quests
------
- Renown (up to the cap) will be awarded based on completion of quest system quests.
- Each quest completed will only count once for renown per person, per day.
- Questing is not considered part of any adventure theme.
- Questing in excessively low level areas will not reward higher level players, AREAS is a good guide of whether or not an area will be appropriate for you. 
- Quests completed in areas that are suitable for levels 90 and above will reward renown for all.

Adventure Themes
----------------
- There are currently four adventure themes: Conflict, Seafaring, Hunting, and Exploration.
- Adventures are offered in a cyclical system, with the theme changing every four Serenades.
- While a theme is active, the first completion of an adventure on theme will reward with double renown!

Organisation Leadership
-----------------------
- City and House Leaders (the actual leader, not the council) will earn 200 renown per hour while logged in, up to 800 renown per day or until they hit cap.
- City and House Councils, Order Heads, and High Clan leaders will earn 200 renown per hour while logged in, up to 400 renown per day or until they hit cap.
- City Ministers and Heads of Newcomers will earn 100 renown per hour while logged in, up to 400 renown per day or until they hit cap.
- Soldiers AR3+ and Newcomer aides in Houses will earn 100 renown per hour logged in up to 300 renown per day or until they hit cap.
 
Important Note: No matter how many hats you wear in your orgs, only one of these will tick for you, it will always be the most rewarding. These passive renown gains will also not tick up if you are on duty as a City Guide.
 
City Guides
-----------
These chosen newbie helpers can earn up to 12 of their daily credits by being "on duty" at a rate of 300 renown per hour.
