By the proper use of herbs and plants you may - remove or heal numerous afflictions. - erect defences that prevent certain afflictions. - create salves and elixirs, using the Remedies skill (HELP REMEDIES). Store herbs and plants in the rift (HELP RIFT). Plants and herbs may be eaten or smoked, in addition to their use as ingredients for practitioners of the skill of Remedies.
