9.47.2 The Seafaring Specialists

Five specialists are able to help you increase your rank in each of the
Seafaring specialisations - one specialist for each of the specialisations.
Their names are well known due to their remarkable reputations. Their locations
are not always so well known.

Deckhand - Rorthgar, the mariner
Weapons  - Hawkins, the shipwright
Helm     - Ambo, the Sailor
Watch    - Natalie, the ferrywoman
Command  - Aitroyo, the harbourmaster

Seek out the proper specialist when you wish to gain one or more ranks in a
Seafaring specialisation.
