Limits on Changing Your Name
----------------------------
You may change your name if
   * you have played less than 50 hours, and
   * you have not changed your name before.
   * the administration decided that your name is not appropriate for the
     environment.

If You Decide To Change
-----------------------
The command is NAMECHANGE <newname>, for example

   NAMECHANGE idranuliar
