WORMHOLES
No wormholes are to be placed in the forest without the unanimous
consent of the Hierophant council in conjunction with the High Fion of
Oakstone. These locations are to be made known to all the members of
Oakstone.
Oakstone periodically conducts patrols in each forest for not only
overharvests, and exterminations, but also for the presence of
wormholes, shrines, etc, that are in violation of Oakstone law. Several
weeks ago, our patrols showed that there were in excess of 2 dozen
wormholes in the Darkenwood Forest..most of them in forest locations. In
fact, many of these wormholes were to rooms in Hashan right next to each
other. Oakstone sent messages to the guildmaster of the Serpentlords, as
well as to the voice of the Order of Darkness, Silverstorm, demanding
that the illegal wormholes in the forest be removed or Oakstone would
have them removed. THe messages were ignored. Therefore, The High Fion
of Oakstone arranged for the illegal wormholes to be removed by Calhoun,
a dawnstrider. Serthest came and yanked Calhoun to stop the cancelling
and attacked him. Serthest, therefore, was enemied to Oakstone for
violation of Oakstone law by interfering with the removal of illegal
wormholes in the forest.
Oakstone law is very clear and is available for all to see in Eleusis.
There have been many posts with regard to wormholes in the forest.
Oakstone will enforce its laws in the forests of Sapience. Our laws are
relatively simple and are designed to protect and preserve the forests
and to allow Oakstone to perform her duties of patrolling and
preserving. Interference with enforcement of Oakstone law will lead to
punishment, including enemying.
Obviously, placing such illegal wormholes will also lead to such
sanctions. Anyone wishing to place wormholes in the forest, is to
request permission through the Council of Oakstone and the High Fion.
