Greetings to the lands, as many already know I have taken Silvestri's
charge of the Jesters Guild. Membership as been soaring and that pleases
me well. However I have noticed that I don't seem to be getting anyone
from Shallam and very few from Cyrene to come join the fun with us!

I have heard many concerns that the guild is not truely neutral since
most of it's membership seems to consist of Ashtanites and Hashanites
but neutrality is truely in place I assure you. Some have complained
that the leadership so far is dominated my Ashtanites but what little
can be done when no one from the more well lighted cities cares to join.

So far my council is made of up 1 Ashtanite, 1 Hashanite, 1 Cyrenean and
soon to be a Shallamese gentleman as soon as I get to talk to him. And I
place my Master of Fools as Secretary who also happens to appear
Hashanite.

I'm not going to try and convince everyone through words of our
neutrality for words are often spoken yet rarely listened to. We intend
to show it by our deeds and actions. Everyone gets a clean slate coming
into the Jesters and all religious and political prejudices are placed
aside. That was Silvestri's vision and this utopia is indeed a shared
vision of my own.

I invite you all to come and check out our fabulous fun fill Guild Hall,
open to the public. Gaze into the hall of Mirrors, Slide the Slides and
RIde the Rides. Take a trip on the carousel, bounce yourself off the
padded walls. Introduce yourself to the respectful Mr. Quackers, a quite
intelligent duck in his own right! Stop by on certain nights into the
theatre where you may indeed find an amusing play, a puppet show or
other shows of Jestering going on by our wacky cast of characters!
