I know this idea taxes your brain, so I'm going to try this one more
time. When the war ended the one..count it ONE...issue that needed to be
resolved was enemy status. Hashan, in its foolishly misguided attempt to
be nice about the matter, said that if you ally everyone that is war
related enemy status, then we will ally the same. Thats everything that
happened after the second box opened. If they stole orphens, killed for
a personal vendetta inside Shallam, killed a paradise bird, molested an
elephant, or anything else that is not war related, then by all means
keep them enemied. But to expedite the process so that we don't have to
go through and see who did what from Shallams side... and yes you guys
did do a few black ops yourselves... we offered to simply wipe the slate
clean. There is no hidden agenda here. There is no grand Twilightian
scheme here. It was a simple, straightforward plan that your Sultan
agreed to. But if you wish to keep things as is thats fine. As long as
you don't have a problem looking your citizens in the eye and explaining
how you are perfectly willing to give away 190k in gold to ease your
conscious, but won't back away from the table for what? Maybe 30 to 45k
in gold max for the three people in question as I have no interest in
being allied? You go right ahead and stand on principle with that.
