A clarification of Calla Danial's misunderstandings

To those of you who read these posts,

I apologize for this banter that has gone for far too long between
Hashan and Shallam. No doubt, you as people of these realms have grown
tired of this. Therefore, this will, hopefully, be the last public post
on this subject that will come from me. I cannot guarantee the same for
Hashan.

In response to Calla's misunderstanding of the "Payoff," each victim of
the Firestorm, as well as the leader of Hashan, was given confirmation
of the intentions of said donation. This was not a "Payoff" to Hashan.
Rather, this was a compensation to ease the suffering of those harmed by
the incident. A poll by Hashan about feelings of being "bought off" is
clearly irrelevant to this situation.

In response to the communication between myself and the other viziers,
(in Calla's example, Aldair) I honestly do not see the issue she has. As
Calla understands, Shallam has made no promises on the unenemying of the
four in question. Therefore, what Aldair had said is true. They will not
be allied. Of course, later events, (spawned by a resulting referendum
or general Shallam opinion) can alter this course of action. In
addition, I would also like to state that one of the four in question
has already been unenemied. I would suggest that the Hashan leadership
check their facts before having Sapience read more of their statemens.

Now, perhaps a slight banter on my part. The enemied Shallam citizens in
question have never broken a law against Hashan that I can tell. I had
asked Hashan during our meeting, but have received no word on this
matter. The remaining Hashan citizens that are enemied from Shallam are
kept so because of their sieges against the Shallam populace. Truly
told, I would be wary of an individual that has entered my home and had
slain my neighbor. All other Hashan citizens that were enemied were,
subsequently, unenemied quite some time ago. Now, I might be so inclined
to ask, "Why had Hashan not offered the same courtesy?"

Let us look at the other side of this coin. What if Hashan were to
unenemy those Shallam citizens whom, clearly, had done no harm to the
Hashan populace? I would almost consider this a safe gamble that those
who were unenemied would do no harm to Hashan if they have never done so
before? The fact of the matter remains: Shallam has kept said persons
enemied for the protection of Her citizens. Hashan has kept the said
Shallam citizens enemied for their own personal gain. I implore Sapience
to look upon the facts and realize this.

Again, my apologies to all in Sapience who have to read through this
banter. This will be the last I will post publicly on the matter.
Perhaps, Hashan would like to continue this conversation without having
the entire realm bored by the subject?
