Okay, Sapience. I'm fairly certain that I've said this before, but a
little reminder never hurt anyone, right? 'k, here goes:

Please please please please PLEASE, after inguilding a newbie, or when
they first get inducted as a novice, make sure to tell them that killing
Paradise Birds (and certain people loyal to Shallam - eg Averroes,
Handel, etc) in the city of Shallam is illegal. It is clearly stated in
the Constitution, and when I have to go through the log and tell 10 or
20 newbies not to do it, and EACH ONE OF THEM replies "Well, no one told
me about that!"...well, I'm sure you can see how that'd get aggravating
quickly.

This is the one law in Shallam that I am responsible for upholding, and
I intend to see to it, as I have been for a little under a (rl) year
now, that all are treated equally under this law. I am aware the
Covenant enemied two people earlier this month (achaean) for killing the
birds, and have already messaged him requesting that he unenemy them
ASAP.
