Shallam has been given the terms by which Hashan will accept peace once
again, and Hashan awaits a responce.
Hashan will not call off the current aggressive status until such time
as Shallam renounces any and all protection from Dresden. This includes
the protection of citizenship.
If no responce is given within one months time, this 'cold war' will
evolve into something much warmer.
