I am not sure where your information came from, but although certain
parts of the herb sale ban have been relaxed, Gaia has decreed that the
ban is still in place. I will outline it for all interested. Although
Oakstone enemies remain a special case Oakstone has reverted to the herb
Restrictions in place earlier. Therefore, Concoction skillset users may
refill 1 vial per person per Achaean month of each type of elixir
requested--for instance, you may get 1 health, 1 mana, 1 mending, and 1
caloric. You may not get 2 health, etc. Further, you may purchase -no
more than- 2 kola or skullcap per person per Achaean month, and you may
purchase -no more than- 10 other herbs per person per Achaean month.
There is no free market currently on herbs or elixirs. We anticipate
that these restrictions will be lifted after the New Year, when we
anticipate that all herbs will be in full supply. The no harvest ban is
still in effect except for replanting purposes.
