Alban Eiler! Praise Spring, and let us be reborn with the Sun!

On this day - the 25th of Miraman, 282 years after the fall of the
Selucarian Empire - people from the Sentinels, Druids, Oakstone,
Eleusis, Shallam, the Devout, the Elysian Order, the Sorcerers, and
perhaps even some others, all gathered at the Shamtota Gorge to
celebrate Alban Eiler, the festival of Spring that has been a long
standing tradition among the Sentinels.
Our allies were invited, because the Festival celebrates the End of
Winter, and the onset of Spring. This is symbolic of the End of the War
of the Forest, and the dawn of hope. There are countless forestal folk
that were born in this winter, this war - for them begins a new era. For
those of us that have known other summers, this festival symbolised all
we have struggled for, for so many decades.
Spring represents freedom, hope, and happiness.
And on this note I must inform those of you that are my friends and
allies, or for some other reason may care, that I am departing on a
pilgrimage for an unknown length of time. I doubt it will take too long.
I depart, knowing that Spring is nigh. For those that are curious, I
seek an Oracle in the far north, because I have a spirit in my head, and
I seek to gain knowledge of what the significance of this whimsical
spirit is.
