As the ban on herbs has been lifted, with only limitations remaining,
sales and free trade are permissable within Shallam once more. Purchases
from Rurin, or other Shops are included, along with the alottment of
Shallamese Shops to sell their herbs as wares

I thank you all for surviving through this ban, and complying with the
restrictions set forth.
