Israfel is right, we live in dark times. The Gods have locked mortals into an endless cycle of love and hate, and they regenerate their champions to continue the battle over and over again.

You can accept either one of two theories about Gods- That they are the absolute manifestation of their said spheres- Aegis IS war, Sartan IS evil, Pentharian IS righteousness, etc. Or you can buy into the underground theory that the gods only display themselves in such a way in order to attract certain types of followers and that the end goal of all of them is only to increase their essence. I don't want to be disfavoured by divinities anymore for my words, so I won't go into the second theory.

Now, let us assume that Gods truly are the absolute manifestation of their said spheres. Who's sphere is the most prominent in Sapience? Always has been, and most likely always will be? Whose world do you live in then.

Whether you like it or not, you are all servants of Lord Aegis. Even Xianty, whose pacifism obviously does not protect him from being a source of conflict.
