Greeting Achaea
On our overseers 100th birthday we of Ashtan had decided to expand ourselves for such a grand occasion. On that day we have expanded to and now include Thera as a part of our city.

Thera, the Sovereign Republic of Ashtan shall from this day forward be treated as Ashtan. Laws of Ashtan shall apply to the sovereignty, any Ashtan law broken there shall be punishable by, but not limited to, fines, enemy to Ashtan, or death. All laws of Ashtan shall always apply, amendments to the laws of this sovereignty may be added to or subtracted from at any given time by the Overlord of Thera without notice. These laws in time shall be placed at the borders of Thera for all to read.

The Peacekeepers of Ashtan are here for keeping the peace within the city, sovereignties and surrounding areas of Ashtan, they shall enforce any and all laws and shall do so by any means necessary including extreme force. Any person entering, leaving, or within Thera shall present themselves to search upon demand by any Peacekeeper. Attacking any Peacekeeper for any reason shall be considered a attack on all Peacekeepers and shall also be deemed a enemy of Ashtan.
