"Good"

Dalamar,
It saddens me that you need to ask what good is, it means you learnt
less when with the church than I thought you had, however here is
as simple, and a brief as explanation as I can manage.
There are many in the world that wish to walk through life,
free to selfishly act however they wish without fear of
consequence. Preventing this whilst following the law
of the Codex is "Good", The laws of the codex in brief
are as follows:
1) DO NOT KILL UNJUSTLY
2) THOU SHALL NOT STEAL
3) THOU SHALL RESPECT THE GODS
4) PROTECT THE INNOCENT
5) SEEK TO END ALL EVIL
6) ALWAYS MEET HONORABLE COMBAT IN KIND
7) GOOD IS UNCHANGING, ABSOLUTE, AND ETERNAL
8) HONOUR YOUR WORD
9) DEFEND THOSE WHO WOULD DEFEND YOU
10) HOLY GROUND IS SACRED AND IS NOT TO BE DEFILED
If you wish to examine the full meanings of the codex I
will be delighted to loan you a copy, and even help you
with the meanings of the long words.
Isildur,
Arch-Prelate.
Penned by my hand on the 14th of Chronos, in the year 245 AF.
