The junction of paths at the location known as North of Thera is vital the free movement of all citizens of Ashtan. Regardless of whomever might wish to make grandiose claims of "priviledge" and "ownership" of this plot of land, it is in the best interest of Ashtan to see to it that this junction remains accessible to all of her people.

Certain members of the Basilica and their associates have abused their right to travel this section of the road by repeatedly ambushing, trapping and killing Ashtan's newbies therein.

Therefore, the Iron Citadel is committed to keeping the road clear of all of the afore-mentioned rubbish, to the last man.
