To whom it may concern,

The following ban directive is now in full effect within the City of Hashan and its territories. Please note the following provisions:

1. All leaders and ministers of Eleusis shall be, and are hereby, designated enemies of the city of Hashan for the duration of the ban, unless they are already so designated. This designation shall be revoked only when the ban is formally lifted.

2. No Eleusian shall be permitted access into Hashan while the ban remains in effect. Any Eleusian found within the city shall be ordered to depart immediately. This warning shall be given only once. Failure to comply shall result in the immediate administering of an enemy status against the individual for the offence of trespassing.

3. Any Eleusian discovered within the Sunderlands or within Tasur'ke shall likewise be required to depart forthwith. This warning shall be given only once. Failure to leave when required shall result in the immediate administering of an enemy status against the individual for the offence of trespassing.

4. Any shops or commercial establishments owned by Eleusians, or have any Eleusian parties operating them, must be transferred to a Hashani citizen, or to a non-enemy party who is not Eleusian. Until such transfer is completed, the shops shall remain closed by order of the Regents Council.

5. As is customary, any enemies found within the territories of Hashan, the Sunderlands, or Tasur'ke, shall be subject to immediate removal by lethal force in accordance with city law and policy.
