I am not one to agree with Eleusis. That I am agreeing with them in something should be a sign.

They are right. Simply destroying the physicality of a city does not destroy the city. Your weapon would only destroy what must be destroyed and let any city itself grow by stronger and better than before. Your intention with your weapon proves you to be smallminded and shortsighted.

Ashtan itself has been razed by Gods and horrors. We've faced entities the likes of which the mere mention of would shatter your minds. We have Lava in our sewers.

And yet, we remain.

All your weapon is going to do is anger the cities that are able to stand against the hurricane, and unite them against you.
