Hail, Sapience.

A full clarification of the journal submission for the Asterian Festival of History is as provided below.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: 25 Daedalan 828AF
SUBMISSION LOCATION: The submissions box in the Ingram Cairo Memorial Library in the Asterian Restoration. Touch the portal at the town centre of New Thera and head IN, WEST, IN and NORTH.

One page counts for one month. Every month must have either a completed task or records of attending an event and your thoughts on that event to qualify as completed.

Example Page Content
---------------------
1) Example Task

MAYAN 828AF
I climbed into the crater in the Mhojave Desert and witnessed Ashaxei's final moments before the Great White Dragon died after she was pursued by Dala'myrr. It was terribly horrific and I would have been heartbroken if I was Han-Tolneth. But I am thankful that memories of her are preserved here so that others that come after may know of her story.

2) Example Event Participation

GLACIAN 828AF
I participated in the Riddles to Remember event this month. I managed to solve the first riddle:

Rulers of the land; then the air
Paradoxical guardians of the soul
Death to humanity's saviours
Harbingers of light's grief.

It was the Dala'myrr, because I remember they destroyed Shallam. But then I could not answer the second riddle:

Named for survival, orphaned by murder
Sole thorn among the roses two
Chivalry would have taken me further
Till grief enflamed my rage anew
Water of death was my salvation
And spurred a bladed revelation.

I did not know about this boy named Durande who discovered Durandian steel and enabled people to fight back against the monsters of the Underrealm. I did not win the riddle in the end, but I learned a lot.

You may have more than one event or task per month. Remember, this journal will be returned to you after submission, so be as detailed as you wish for your own keepsake of this festival.

You must complete six (6) months to qualify for a lantern with one scene. The more completed entries you have, the more panels your lantern will display. Those who complete seven months will see two scenes, eight will see three, and so on. Only those who complete the full 12 months will see all six scenes. Once lit, the lantern remains so for a day.

Further questions may be sent to myself. I hope you have enjoyed the process of documenting this journey of discovery.

Regards,

Jurixe S. Nithilar
representing the Asterian Restoration

Penned by my hand on the 2nd of Mayan, in the year 828 AF.
