As promised, the tournament has returned ? better than ever! BIGGER THAN
EVER!! Introducing...

**+=DOUBLE ELIMINATION TOURNAMENT=+**

- Two brackets, Primary and Losers
- 15k for Primary entry, 5k to re-enter in Losers
- If you are defeated in Losers bracket, you are OUT FOR GOOD
- Each Primary win nets you 15k, each Losers win nets you 2.5k
- Fight to the top in either bracket to face off in Grand Championship
- Grand Champion gets ultimate prize plus the gold in their hands!

Grand Prize for the ultimate Tournament victor is...
FIVE-HUNDRED (500) CREDITS!!!!

** 500 for Grand Champion, 250 for first runner-up, 125 each to second
runner-ups**

The Primary bracket is a standard round-based elimination tournament.
You win, you go to next round. You lose, you get a second chance in the
Losers bracket! Losers can make a comeback, though, and the champion
Loser has the chance to win the whole tournament!

** Champion of the Loser bracket shall get 75 credits, win or lose
against the primary champion. Runner-up will get 25 credits **

As before, there are some rules:

1) No web tattoos allowed
2) No artefacts of any kind, barring artefact tattoos.
3) No starbursts allowed, true death only. You must EMBRACE DEATH

All class-specific weapons and armour will be provided. You will remove
ALL ITEMS from your fancy sword (the one in your hand, that is) to your
lonely socks. Your items will be in a container provided to you. This
container will remain with you AT ALL TIMES until after the bout. A monk
will scan you to confirm compliance, then you will be given a short
period (five minutes) to prepare yourself to use your new weapons.

Then you will BATTLE TO THE DEATH.

Delos, New Thera, and the Highway in between, above, and below (trees,
skies, burrowing) shall be your battlefield. Leaving these areas or
entering a city will immediately disqualify you. Immediately following
the bout, send a transcript of your fight to me (Driden) in a letter for
review. All referees (myself or others) will make ourselves known prior
to the fight. Failure to adhere to the rules will immediately disqualify
you. If disqualified, you will forfeit your entrance fee.

To Join:

1) Send a message to me (Driden) with the class you plan to use for the
whole tournament plus your level.
2) Send a letter to me (Driden) with your entrance fee and your name,
class, and level. Failure to sign the letter will be taken as a
donation.
3) A new message is required, even if you signed up for the previous
Rampage. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Submissions are open from now until 25th of Chronos 770 (DATE is your friend!).

** For those concerned about your artefact weapons: If you can borrow a
weapon from another, then do so. If for some reason you are unable to
use a non-artefact weapon, you are not allowed to join this event. But
do not worry: Another event, no holds barred, will be coming soon! **
