Concerning misconceptions

Thank you, High Sorcerer, for your pointed and audacious post, and for
allowing me, on behalf of the Empyreal Assembly, to clarify some of the
questions you so graciously raised.
First let me thank you for acknowledging Lord Twilight's role in our
trouble over the angels. I am certain everyone is keenly aware of the
traditional secrecy that surrounds your Order, and that even to admit to
such a small thing must have been a challenge.
Now, to clarify the misconceptions you so kindly pointed out. In case it
has slipped your mind, Lord Twilight also had responsibility in the
attack on Lady Miramar during which he subtly adjusted Her ability to
move freely in the realms, just a small bit, for reasons and purposes of
His own. However this, and the other events at the time, unbalanced
Justice's scales. The ritual held before the obelisk of Darkness by the
Order of Justice was a balancing of the scales. Is the destruction of
the Obelisk truly such a heavy price when weighed against the
imprisonment of a Goddess, the usurping of part of a God's domain, and
the use of an artifact that might have led to the tearing apart of this
plane?
At any rate the ritual before the Obelisk was conducted by the Order of
Lady Miramar along with a few of their allies to protect the ritualists
and see Justice done. With the aide of a Hierarch of Celestia and Lady
Mithraea, the Church chose to capitalize on the outcome of the ritual,
and move against the Darkness obstructing the angels' passage. This was
not done blindly. Even Urania did not seek to deny the Darkenwood's role
in the interference with Celestia as she cried to Lord Twilight to
remove the obstruction He had placed.
As to the matter of evidence and warning, I am confident that Eleusis is
quite capable of both discerning and discussing such matters on their
own behalf with the Church as they see fit. For those who would like
more details as to the business of the priests' angels and the
involvement of the Darkenwood, I am willing to discuss the matter with
those who approach me privately.
In the Light,
