To whom it may concern,

Greetings to all. I come today with news of a new organization that has
been founded recently. We have established ourselves as the Northern
Nautical Navy, recently known as the Naval Coalition of Trade and
Defence. Our mission is simple and should not be hard for most of you to
understand. There are those out there in the lands whom have attempted
to control the innocent people of Achaea for a decent time now and we
wish to snuff out these villains once and for all. One of these groups
is led by a well known and infamous pirate who calls himself Captain
Zulah Blackheart. This self proclaimed pirate sails most often between
Sapience and Meropis and attempts to charge innocent sailors for what
they call "safe passage" through the Notic seas. Well, it has come to my
attention that the only safety these pirates provide to the people who
they demand money from is from none other than themselves! This ends
now. As Fleet Admiral of the NNN, I hereby declare that any vessels whom
feel threatened by these pirates, or any pirates for that matter, simply
notify myself or one of my commanders (CLANHELP NNN) and we will do
whatever is necessary to provide you with TRUE safe, and FREE passage
where ever it is you desire to go. Further, if you ARE attacked by any
enemy vessel without due cause, please do not hesitate to call upon us
for justice or assistance, where ever you may be. We will see to it that
you are avenged, this is my word.
