The disgraceful woman known as Sarranda is guilty of committing treason
against the city of Ashtan. While normally this would not effect
non-citizens, I'd like to extend an offer to all. The person who brings
me Sarranda will be rewarded with a prize of one hundred thousand gold
sovereigns. This bounty will only be paid out if she is brought before
Ashtan's Council alive. An alternative for a smaller, more negotiable
reward would be providing valuable information about her whereabouts.
