The recent Khulian disputes
Written by: Captain Delphinus Windancer, the Gatecrasher

Addressed to: The Cult of the Crimson Fang
To the Cult of the Crimson Fang, Eleusis offers its greetings.
We of Nature's fold suspect that you have been tragically misled by your
benefactors. Despite numerous attempts to speak with those of your
clergy, however, construction continued unabated. This leaves us with
but one alternative. Regardless of your motives, know that your actions
- which ultimately prompted the recent First Battle of Shala-Khulia -
will not go unresolved.
Following the events of Ero 5th, 490 AF, the Cult of the Crimson Fang is
considered an enemy faction of the city-state of Eleusis. All followers
and servants of the Crimson Fang are henceforth banned from national
territories that fall within Eleusian jurisdiction, including but not
limited to: the city-state of Eleusis, the outlying tracts of the
Eastern Ithmia, and certain insular stretches of the Zaphar River.
In addition, the esteemed Council of Oakstone has made its stance
unyieldingly clear; the forests now defend themselves to the best of
their ability, bolstered as they are by her defenders. The processes of
life and death, as supported by the fragile Khulian ecosystems, will not
be endangered by the will of the blighted west or the machinations of
mad cults.
By no means do these absolve those cult members involved from
persecution in other contexts that might bring malaise to Nature's
delicate life-essence schema.
Consider this burgeoning "Crimson War" a matter of written policy. I
encourage you to bring any pressing concerns to the proper
administrative officials.
Capt. Delphinus Windancer,
Leath-ri of Eleusis
Penned by my hand on the 10th of Ero, in the year 490 AF.
