Greetings Sapience.

A few years ago, I was selling a regal silver armband depicting swift
eagles. I gave it to a man who was taking care of The Family Beacon in
Cyrene at the time. He agreed to put the armband in his shop and upon
selling the armband, he'd give me a comission.

My delima is this: I don't remember this man's name. I'm offering a
reward for who ever gives me his name first. It starts with an S, and I
believe he was of the Warden's house. I also think he was from Cyrene.
