Greetings,

Following the decision by the Hashani government to steal shops from
citizens of Shallam, it has been decided by the Council of Viziers that
citizens of Hashan are no longer allowed to own shops inside Shallam.

Unlike the Hashani government, however, we have no desire to steal your
property. As such, any Hashani shop owners will have one year from the
date of this post to leave the city, or to sell any shops they currently
own in Shallam and to clear out their stockrooms.

It is unfortunate that it had to come to this.
