Hail Cyrene

I have sat and watched these last few months as your city and city mates
show Outrage in the fact that the Church and shallam DARE to try and
police your policies and laws. How you are a free citystate and will not
bow down before them or anyone elses rule. I was happily pleased with
this actions and it made me smile to see that Mhaldor and Ashtan where
not the only cities willing to show Shallam that they would not bow to
there wishes.
Now however I come to see how truely weak and cowardly your City has
become. You claim to be free and claim to live by your own laws yet you
openly give into the Churchs Demands to band occulist and necromantic
users to join your city.

To this End Cyrene I say this, You are not a Free citystate as you just
proved. You are the Church and Shallam lapdog and you are weak.
