This month the city of Cyrene met with the Archprelate and other Church
delegates to discuss the current edict. Long negotiations have allowed
us to reach an agreement that both parties are comfortable with in that
Cyrene will move forward with the plans to add Occultists to the list of
banned classed as citizens.

Cyrene asserts that all visitors will be treated equally and fairly with
each having the right to appeal to the Senate if they so choose.
