Greetings Daqsool, Qoul of Tir Murann,

It has been many years since you and the rest of your race who were
stranded in Sapience took refuge in Shallam. It has been an equally long
time since you left Shallam to live in your new village. I was shocked
to hear you and Angela shouting at each other and surprised to hear the
conflict between the Vertani and Therans had started again. I have
visited Tir Murann often to destroy the shrines of Lord Apollyon, yet I
have never once seen a Theran there. I have passed through Thera often
as well, yet have never seen Vertani attacking there either. It was
strange indeed to see this conflict renewed after 5 decades of dormancy.

What didn't surprise me, was what happened when Angela and yourself
began shouting at each other. I often see Mhaldorians slaughtering
Vertani and what happened wasn't unexpected at all. Not only did the
Mhaldorians kill you, but they did it without expecting reward from
Angela. They went and killed her after killing you without even
collecting on the bounty she put on your head. They killed you not
because of their love of the Therans, but because of their hate for all
people of this land.

I ask of you, put down your conflict with the Therans. Surely both you
and Angela can find common ground after what happened two months ago.
The conflict between you and the Therans has been dead for over half a
century, there is no need to drag it back up. Mhaldorians are your
enemies. They have been against you from nearly the moment you set foot
on Sapience. They are the people who attack you relentlessly.

Your people are a proud people. I have seen you fight, your people are
warriors. There are many who would be your allies in such a conflict, do
not let Mhaldorians slight you.

I ask that you consider my words, honourable Daqsool. Your enemies are
not the Therans who fought you long ago. Your enemies are to the west,
from the city of evil.
