Born of a nature loving family, Gilfaran lived most of his young life in
the forest of Aureliana. His environment around him provided a strong
foundation for life. However at the age of 18, everything changed.

Upon one rainy morning, his parents were missing. They were no where to
be found in their grove. Frantically, Gilfaran began searching the known
areas of the forest that he had known as a child. Nothing. His parents
were no where to be found. However, Gilfaran was prepared for the task
at hand. His Mother and Father had told him recently that they may be
called by the Gods, to handle other tasks. No notice would be given. It
was time for Gilfaran to cross from childhood to adulthood.

His teachings of the Druids was limited. It was more survival than
anything else. But he was determined to explore new lands, meet new
people and learn the path of his parents, that of a Druid. He joined the
House of Druids at the age of 18. Upon acceptance, he began to journey
through the lands of Sapience. His eyes were opened to new adventures,
new places, new people and another World that he never new that existed.
