Greetings,

Mhaldor Commerce Laws have been revised. The major revision was
to reflect the current tax rates on shops in the city. Citizens
can view Chelp Commerce. Non-citizen shop owners may request a
copy. See section III 1) 2) a. 3) and 4) a.

An addition was made to section II 4) to prevent shoddy merchandise
and exhorbatant pricing. It does not mean slight price variations.
However, if someone is selling health vials for 2000 gold, for
example they are not serving our city and it should be reported.

A minor change was made to IV 3) to add the words "if requested".

Finally, I have one shop that is up for auction immediately.
Opening bids are over 1 million gold. Shops are in high demand,
the highest bidder will get the shop providing they are a citizen
or have ally status. (See ally procedures at the Gates of Mhaldor)
This shop is SW from Gack, the slaver, within our Market District.
