I believe it is time that we give all of this senseless bickering back
and forth a rest. It's been very clearly stated that the Vertani are not
leaving this plane of existance, so I ask that all posts demanding the
Vertani leave cease. I also ask that you do not call this plane your
own, as some of you have said. You do not own this plane, this plane is
owned by the Gods who gave you the life to roam it freely. Some of you
are now challenging Hingar and his people on the terms of rebuilding
Thera, some saying 'Why can't we Achaeans rebuild it?'. I say if you
were going to you should have started already. In regards to Hingar's
double carrying commodities, they were given to him as a donation to
help the Vertani re-build Thera. I know this because I was present at
the time he recieved them.

I ask you now, as a fellow Achaean to please extend your hand in
friendship to the Vertani and give them the benefit of the doubt that
they do in fact mean well. I'm sure you will see that they are not the
evil, heartless creatures you all wish them to be. They are a civilized,
intelligent presence that I feel will give us as Achaeans many things to
look forward to in the future, -IF- we give them the chance to show us.
