Unto all that walk these lands, be them of Shallam, Cyrene, Mhaldor,
Ashtan, Hashan, and any of the villages of our lands as well.

The Vertani have shown us that they have no Valour. The Vertani have
shown us that they have no Honour. They have killed innocents. They have
aligned themselves with villages that condone slavery. They have broken
cease fire agreements at a summit that they were at. They have in
several different ways, stated that if you do not follow their ways,
that you will be killed.

The Vertani have set military outposts in several strategic places
throughout the lands. They have shown that they are a military
organization that has nothing more than conquest in their hearts, and do
not care of respecting anyone else's ways in doing so.

Because of this, as the Hand of Lord Pentharian and head of the Elysian
Order, I say this must stop here and now! The Vertani have shown us who
and what they are, and what their intent is.

We of the Elysian Order will do all that is in our power to bring the
end to the Vertani invasion. We do not make ourselves formal allies with
those that we consider our enemies for reasons of either ideological, or
oppressive reasons, but will put aside our differences during any
battles that may ensue in regards to the Vertani.

I call for all of the Cities and Villages of our lands to do the same,
as it is the only way that we will be able to survive such an invading
force. The Vertani are our enemy. All of our enemy! We must deal with
them in such a way that they can not continue to invade our lands, and
oppress and kill any further!
