Good day Sapience.

I have long been distraught by the rampant murder of my people in Thera.
I am not "doing a Beldaran" and claiming a village for myself, or even
for my family; they are my people simply because I was born there a
century and a half ago. I knew Mayor Ariel's ancestor well and he was a
good man.
Unfortunately, it seems that people constantly slaughter my people and
to Sartai, Plane of Evil, with the consequences. I am Baron Grimcrag of
Thera, but like I said, "of Thera" simply because I was born there. I do
not own the place and I do not claim to. I leave it entirely in the
hands of the Mayors and their blacksmith advisers. I would hope that
people would please leave Thera alone.

However, there is another reason. The Vertani have annexed Tasur'ke,
claiming it needs their protection. If Thera is not to be "protected"
this way, please do not do the same to my village. If the Vertani annexe
another village because of people's unbridled bloodlusts, then that is
to their shame.

Fancy that, those who claim not to be Evil and yet they indulge in the
regular slaughter of innocent villagers. (And as an addendum, no I do
not indulge in the practise of slaying ["bashing"] villagers.)
