To apply for tickets send me a letter containing number of tickets
you're buying, accompanying gold and -your name-. Those -letters sent
without name- will have gold from inside deposited to Mhaldor. If enemy
of Mhaldor or Shallam citizen sends gold in letter, gold will be
deposited to Mhaldor.

Results will be publically announced when all tickets are sold and not
later then the month of Ero.
