My fellow Achaeans, greetings!

I bring to you wonderful news! Shouts need no longer be spammy, drawn
out, and confusing. No, courtesy of the great Clementius, to whom I am
now eternally greatful, shouts can now be reduced to 12 specific types.
Allow me to quote:

Rippling the fabric of reality, Clementius shouts, "The classic
exchange: 1) blah! 2) anti-blah! 3) pro-blah! 4) shut up! 5) no, you
shut up! 6) you can't spell/talk right 7) no YOU can't spell/talk right
8) I have a right 9) I'll kill you 10) just shoutsoff 11) no! 12) blah!"

Now, all you need to do when shouting about your mindless drivel and
fighting over your idiotic causes is use a single number of one or two
digits! Simply pick the appropriate category to which your shout fits,
and then shout only the number!

Under this new system, shouts will be less spammy and take less time to
comprehend, and can be uderstood instantly and ignored just as quickly!
Even those who feel they must bless our ears by shouting may be saved
some time in composing their shouts. I encourage everyone to use this
new system!
