Hail citizens and wanderers of Sapience!

I am pleased to inform you that various laws and procedures relating to
Mhaldor are currently accessible to the public, etched on large obsidian
slabs standing at the Gates of Mhaldor. As has been the way for decades
now, martial law is in effect. There are no new developments and as
always the continued cooperation of Heads of Novices from various cities
in educating their guild's youth and newer members to our world's
distinctive cultures and varying ways of life is most appreciated.
