Corruption makes the world go 'round.

First off, a little of my personally history: I was a Jester, I raided
the Jesters I was hit with a million gold fine for raiding. But of late:
I helped with totems, refused a request to aid in a raid Hell, for a
while I even helped you. It's out in the open, so exaggerate it or
whatever, I really don't mind.
But, the funny thing is... For an enemy, I hear an awful lot. You
"share" info with me.. Kiella "shares" info with me, the bigger part of
the guild leak at least a little info to poor old (perma)enemied
Sabiru... From where I see it, Rosa -is- the only one doing anything
remotely healthy for the guild.
Sure, she makes mistakes, the current HoN makes mistakes, you are no
less likely to in either of those positions.
Two contests in a GM's time of reign doesn't mean she'd doing a bad job,
means she's doing a good job. If you were contested and beaten the first
time is a different story, but to survive a contest (and still leave
them with a high enough GR to contest again) is something of a trophy.
But of course that depends on the contesters.
If the GM is NOT doing his or her job correctly and making bad
decisions, why would you support them?
You wouldn't. But surely, after you have failed at contesting them, you
would look at your own views - not the corrupted vision of theirs? Just
common sense, I would think.
It would also help if Rosalinn actually listened to proposals and ideas,
instead of dismissing them automatically.
Perhaps after having people go behind her back and do strange things
like changing the guild totems, it could be expected you would be a
little cautious... Assuming what you say happens in the first place.
(Former Jesters Secretary and Head of Novices)
I close in saying this: You can claim to love the Jesters guild, but
what have you done for it lately?
