Ya know, your post was great...in fact here I am sitting, writing a
reply. -thinks-

First of all, when was the last time I talked to you? I know that I
haven't talked to you in ages. Secondly, I have ALWAYS been forthcoming
about the guild. Several people can tell you this. I do not consider my
guild or its actions secretive. (Granted there are some things one does
not tell)

Now, now you can claim that what Rosalinn is doing is healthy for the
Jesters guild. But do you have ANY idea, what she has been doing within
the guild? I think not.

Everyone makes mistakes, I've made quite a few...the important thing is
that you learn from them. And no doubt I would make mistakes as GM, but
then again I can't contest because I am on guild probation since after
the last election. Why you ask? The reason I was told is that I had been
giving 'frivolous' GFs, first of all there was NO warning from Rosalinn
about my actions (ie a guilddisfavor) and it was only AFTER I had
contested her and was put on probation (which by the way there was no
message on why I had been probated, I had to read the guildlog to find
out). Dariela, who is no longer a Jester, did one of her required
probation skits in a violent and disturbing manner against me when I was
still a Secretary. What did she receive? A slap on the wrist. She knew
better and yet she did it anyways, and then posted on our CIJ board.
(She apologized later when many people were angry about what she had
done, but still if she had done it to Rosalinn or any other Secretary I
am sure the outcome would have been different)

And by the way, no GM should ever disfavor people for running against
them in an election because not only is it petty, but wrong. People
contest because they think they can do a better job than the current GM,
that is NOT punishable.

And how in the hell would you know if Rosalinn listened to people? Are
you there? Do you see the logs? Read the posts? No.

It is quite hard to do anything for the Jesters with the limited means
that I have. But dont assume that I am not doing anything at all, I
continue to help novices and probates and have some projects in the
works. But really that is none of your business.
