I feel a simple desire to annotate to anyone following the extermination
drama... Anyone caught exterminating forest rooms, are not acting on
behalf of the governing body of Mhaldor. They are acting as individuals,
who wish to use the skills that Lord Sarapis has bestowed upon them as
Necromancers.
