Posts like your last come from the minds of people like you who are
afraid of evolution and true strength. Perhaps Covenant would be willing
to schedule you some remedial sentinel classes, because obviously your
grasp of nature is slightly lacking, if your view of natural life is
limited to only the plants and herbs that further line your pockets. I'd
like to commend who ever quoted those words about red fog so long ago
they sure have gotten their use worn out to nothing.
The first point I'd like to correct is about our lovely little lycopods.
The fact that the lycopod is carnivorous does not mean it isn't part of
the natural cycle. The lycopod is merely an organism that is able to
survive without relying on the ground and sun for its energy and hence
evolved to thrive in its harsh environment.
Now lesson number two, as for the rest of the plants, the fog merely
speeds up the process of helping the plant life around it to adapt as
the lycopods did. The death of a few to further strength the species is
perfectly acceptable, because even if you somehow took the time to
actually study and watch the plants, instead of just restating the same
tired bias against the fog that everyone in the forest does, you may
actually be in a position to speak. The plants may have shorter life
cycles than the average forest plant because of the fog, but with every
new generation, they get stronger.
And in conclusion you know nothing about us except for what a few people
portray, nothing about our people, nothing about the nature of our faith
and beliefs, and essentially nothing about our city, so this again puts
you in a position of ignorance, so stay quiet for once.
