You're not going to see admins or Gods coming down on guildmembers who
repeatedly kill someone who steals large amounts of gold from an
organization by abusing a leadership position. Our position boils down
to: The guild has PK on such an individual forever, or until the person
pays it back with, perhaps, a penalty.

The difference between theft from an organization like this and theft
from an individual is that it's easily possible to never be robbed of
any significant gold as an individual. Organizations, on the other hand,
have to trust their leaders and the leaders have to have the power to
manipulate the organization's assets. So, a greater level of trust is
expected and necessary.
