Thus far the only effect I've seen is that the herb ban lowers prices.
Those who sell to me are already breaking the law, so they figure they
may as well break more laws and underprice too. So we're not
particularly concerned about that part of it.

However, we are dealing with a great many changes in the political build
of Mhaldor, not the least of which was addressing violations of our
laws, which led to this herb ban. The results of those have been
discussed with Elsp, who was kind enough to hear me out, and has agreed
to pass on to the Hierophants of Oakstone what has been resolved in
Mhaldor as a result of this.

An herb ban is between Oakstone and the Banned. I fail to see how the
Order of Lord Phaestus or Shallam has anything to do with it. But I'm
super glad that you all got your say in. You sure taught us all a
lesson.
