I find it entertaining that a city that enemies people for
shouts feels threatened by the fact that they can no
longer legally shop in the Jewel of Light and Righteousness.

Regardless as to whether or not the Forest has an herb ban
in effect, each and every Mhaldorian who purchases herbs
(or anything else for that matter) in Shallam should be
enemied. Those who choose to purchase supplies and then use
them to kill the "weak" and innocent have no place in the
Jewel. It makes me happy to see us taking a stand for our
ideals so strongly.
