herbs while keeping them on sale. As for this herb ban, I know of
several rogues that are becoming rich indeed. Covenant, you really
should think up new ways to get at Mhaldor, this old chestnut is
becoming rather used now, be original for once.

Mhaldor, purchase herbs from wherever you find them, especially Shallam.
Since they see fit to support the ones that banned them from herbs not
so long ago, you will help yourselves to their stores until they remove
them from the shops.
Shallam now belongs to the forests it seems.
