WRITESHIPLOG so that you can write to your organisation's ship log.

If you are able to write to the organisation's normal log with WRITELOG,
you should also have permissions to write to the ship log with one
exception.

In the case of Cities, you must also either be on the ruling council of
the city, the Maritime minister or an Aide to the Maritime Minister.
