11.7.1 AEGIS, THE GOD OF WAR

Carving His name through the manuscripts of history, armoured Aegis has crossed numerous planes inspiring glory, bloodshed, and triumph upon the fields of battle, eventually passing through to Sapience where He forged a family and gathered an army amidst much strife. Beleaguered by the harm done to His family and intensely connected to Their fates, Aegis is ever fervent in passing His craft onto those willing to learn and act.

Holding court in the Aegean Keep, the Elder God advances the art of Warfare, advocating the import of stratagem at all ranks. To Him, a life exalted by conflict is the only one worth living. Every victory rewards in lessons to learn and tactics to master, and every defeat presents new challenges to overcome.

Fame and fortune are not the objectives of the army, soldiers do not distinguish themselves between their practices or beliefs; admission to the esteemed ranks of the Aegean thus demands synergy, humility, and fortitude, both physical and mental, to achieve shared victories and glories upon the battlefields.

"I am the things that are, that will be, and that have been. No one who has ever lived can avoid My omniscient touch. The fruit which I bring forth to Sapience is War."
